We regained the ownership of our family olive trees after 45 years. The trees went through a long period of treatment to bring them back in production.
Production of oil began, at first mainly for family use. Over the following years we improved the technology; increased know-how and adapted Italian techniques to produce Premium Quality Extra Virgin Oil.
